Top 5 Supplements Everyone Should Be Taking

While there are many supplements that are beneficial for men, women and children, there are 5 supplements that I feel should be thought of as mandatory daily essentials for everyone. These five supplements should be thought of as our daily fuel. Every car needs gas, oil, water, transmission fluid and brake fluid. Anyone of these missing and the car will malfunction. Well every man, woman and child needs their personal equivalent. If anyone of these five essential supplements is missing a person will not function at their prime. 

 

You could have oil, water, transmission fluid and brake fluid in a car but without gas you are going nowhere. The same goes for the five essential for humans. There is one that is needed to make all the others work. To breakdown assimilate and absorb. Without this one all you have is expensive urine. With it the other five and all other supplements will be utilized correctly as well as digestion of food.

 

Five Daily Essentials

The 5 supplements everyone should be taking are Ionic Trace Minerals (micro minerals), Full Spectrum Enzymes, Multi-Strain Probiotics, Essential Omega Oils (the omega 3, 6 9) and a complete Mulit Vitamins and Macro Minerals supplement. The one that is the catalyst to make all the others work is the Ionic Trace Minerals.

#1 Ionic Trace Minerals 

Humans run on minerals. They are our gas and electricity.  Our soil is so depleted it is missing most minerals so this means are food is also void of most minerals. A mulit vitamin/mineral complex usually contains only macro (hard) minerals which the human body cannot breakdown. We need minerals that are already broken down and fully charged in an ionic state. Every cell, tissue, organ, muscle, impulse and heart beat requires these ionic trace minerals to work. With these ionic trace minerals, humans can now breakdown the hard minerals and vitamins and assimilate, absorb and properly utilize all supplements and food.  Without ionic trace minerals it is hard for anything supplement to work, but with ionic trace mineral all supplements will perform at their best. It is the #1 supplement we need and it is usually the #1 supplement that is missing.

#2 Full Spectrum Enzymes

There are very little enzymes in our soil, we cook our food and kill them and we stop producing enzymes as we age. So in order to breakdown, digest and assimilate our foods (truly receive the nutrients from our foods and be satisfied), we need to take a full spectrum enzymes complex with each meal. So it is a very good idea to always carry some with you so you are never caught empty handed. Consistency of taking all your daily essentials is the key. 

 

Our cells are virtually dead without live enzymes. Many people are eating processed foods with chemical preservatives. These preservatives kill enzymes, which is what spoils in food, rendering the food as lifeless. Because of these preservatives, processed food does not spoil but when we ingest these food those same preservatives kill our enzymes. They are our protectors and if we kill off all our guards we have no protection and disease can enter the cells. So it is best not to eat those processes foods, read your labels and avoid chemical preservatives and replenish your enzymes and keep your cells alive, nourished and well protected, which in turn protects you. Be sure to take a broad spectrum blend of pure grade vegetable enzymes and synergistic co-factors to optimize digestion of fats, proteins, starches, carbohydrates and sugars. You will be satisfied for hours and also trim up because you are actually digesting your foods properly.

#3 Probiotics with Prebiotics

Most people do not have any good bacteria (the good flora the intestines and gut uses to aid digestion promote proper elimination of waste and improve absorption of nutrients). The average person does not eliminate efficiently nor do they do bowel cleanses. Therefore the bad bacteria has overcome the good bacteria, so it is a good idea to purge the bad bacteria and reintroduce the good bacteria and feed it with prebiotics, food that helps it grow and become predominate. It is important to replenish the good probiotics daily because the bad bacteria are always lurking in the wings, ready to pounce and destroy the good bacteria weakening the immune system.

 

There are many different strains of probiotics, but there are 10 essential strains that the intestines and gut needs to perform properly.  Most products only offer a few strains so always be sure to get a 10-multi-strain probiotic, then you will develop a good immune system, assimilation, digestion and elimination. A proper working body has an elimination after each meal otherwise it is holding on to this material building up and storehouse of toxic poison which keeps getting  reabsorbed, auto-intoxicating the body.  By taking a good lactose-free multi-strain probiotics daily the body will re-establish good bowel movement and eliminate this buildup and toxic residue with better regularity. 

#4 Essential Fatty Acids (Omegas 3, 6, 9)

A car needs water & oil, so does every man woman and child. We need to be hydrated well with plenty of water and lubricated well with the good oils from the good fats, the essential fatty acids that provide omegas 3, 6, 9. We need to be greased well inside, not a dried up desert, so everything moves through the body easily, which will also lubricate you from the inside out, promoting good skin, hair and nails. Also fat means thin, we are supposed to get 90% of our energy from fats and store natural sugars from fruits and vegetables, which by burning these fats for energy it will help us trim up and the use the natural sugars to energize the brain the main ingredients to do so. Instead we usually eat incorrectly and store fats and use these sugars for body energy and have nothing left to energize and help develop the brain.

 

Essential Fatty Acids are not manufactured by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplementation with EFA-rich food oils. They are an integral component of all cells, maintain fluidity and stability of cell membranes and protect the body from harmful substances such as bacteria and viruses.

 

#5 Multi Vitamins and Minerals Complex
